new name for brian/justin ship: brustin!
i don't know if that's a name that's already used, but it was actually created when i had a slip of the tongue. i meant to say justin but i accidentally started saying brian and then amended and it became brustin. and andi and i collapsed in laughter on the side of the road, while shirin and kel kept walking ahead bemusedly.

brustin sounds so.. crusty! it reminds me of bread, which is interesting. andi says "protein-rich bread". Which is even more interesting, i suppose. and the sound of the word is rather suggestive.

anyway, cast party: i finally met bernie! i was right, i did recognise him when i saw him. talked about a lot of interesting stuff =) turns out that kel and i and mike and hadri and bernie and mike/hadri's classmate had arrived on the same train, so we walked to mel's place and got lost together.
i unfortunately had to leave the post-production party (part 2) early, as i had to go for dinner. what little i enjoyed of it was only enjoyable at the very end when i made a fool of myself in front of everyone, having finally been convinced by jireh to do the america's next top model routine.

riding the mrt is actually quite fun. i was going to cab to cityhall from home initially, and then later from mel's place i was going to cab home, but both times i ended up taking a rather enjoyable mrt ride.

and had a terrible filling dinner at cantina. i was right, although i had to leave the cast party early, the upside was that i got good food. pesto - such a huge serving that i couldn't finish, although it could be something to do with stealing some of my brother's gnocchi cos it looked so cheesily good. and chocolate gelato. and the waiter was cute. singapore's such an interesting place, there are all these really nice restaurants tucked away in the most unlikely locations. i really think my dad should start a restaurant, it seems like a very lucrative trade. especially since he loves to cook, and does come up with some very inventive and yet tasty dishes. singaporeans are adventurous with food, which is good.

humans schol interview! -shudder-
i am not going to turn up for my music performance tomorrow. they can survive without me, it's some absolutely shitty thing anyway and i really don't feel like going, although it's horrible to have been supposed to be part of a performance and not go. but this is complete crap - no rehearsals, no proper schedule, just 'turn up at 930 and see how it goes' and it's just a bunch of mainly little kids sitting on a stage to sing one song. and i'll be among the few older ones because my teacher's mainly teaching little kids. how awful. i shall feign sickness.
my eyes feel itchy. i've been wearing contacts too long.
and my ears too. i've been wearing those non-silver pretty mosaic earrings too long. sigh.
