scarlett looks terrible here, but she i love that she's still got hips and isn't pulling a lindsay lohan. also, she's modelling for imitation of christ here so she might not have been the one to choose this terrifyingly retro combination sheer black tank over white bra and super-short-torso-creating posterior-emphasising high-waisted jeans. i hope she didn't choose it herself. anyway as far as i know the outfits are put together by designers and they select who models what, but models with clout can reject outfits. so uhhh maybe she doesn't have enough clout to reject the choices made for her, even though she's obviously a volunteer model, probably friends with tara subkoff. and the red heels are cute. they go with her trademark scarlet(t) lips.
