have you ever wondered -- when, you know, you do something and it doesn't work forever but then you come back after a while and it works, or else you're looking for something forever and can't find it but then suddenly it turns up, whether you really were wrong in the first place or if some mysterious force just changed things around and played with your head?

also -- kelly thinks it's unfair that nicky hilton isn't named after a city. she thinks she should've been named geneva. it is rather peculiar, actually, because i think paris and nicky have a couple of brothers who also have rather normal names. and their parents are called rick and kathy, which are normal enough. so why is paris paris?

it's pretty weird to be a paris in a family of normal names, and then to find a paris to fall in love with. maybe she fell in love/lust with him because of his name. like "the importance of being paris".

also, it randomly occurred to me that i can't think of any other city names that are used as people names. there's brooklyn but it isn't a city. chelsea's also not a city. there are cities named after people, i think. although i'm also drawing a blank with those. ok haha i think my brain's shutting down. tell me if you can think of any. not last names, because there's jack london etc, just first names.
